Private Sessions
These sessions can include reformer, small props and studio equipment. Exercises are tailored to your needs, pinpointing target areas, and then showing you how to perform the exercises in a safe and efficient way.

Strength Training
If you're looking to build muscle, strength, or any fitness goal, a private session can improve the quality of your technique and set you up for success.
Studio sessions can include Flywheel Training using concentric and eccentric loading techniques as part of your strength workout.

The Studios
The Pilates studios at Primrose Hill are light, airy and inviting for one-on-one sessions using Pilates Reformer and other apparatus. The Stoke Newington home pilates studio is a smaller, functional space.

Choose from Pilates Mat beginner, intermediate or advanced classes which focus on breath work, mobilising the body and building strength.
