Pilates works by targeting the deep postural muscles, helping to improve your general body usage patterns and postural awareness. Pilates increases strength and flexibility, relieves tension and helps restore qualities that may have been lost due to pain, injury or poor posture.

I’ll guide you through your Pilates movements by demonstrating and supervising the various exercises and poses. I'll provide you with a tailored Pilates programme that can be done at home, complementing your existing physio exercises where appropriate. Onsite equipment such as the Reformer provides finely tuned exercise resistance that allows you to work precisely with your own core strength. It is never too late to start Pilates and I can help you to reach the goals you set yourself.
